Jess Tayel | Outstanding Leadership in Coaching

Dr. Jess Tayel is an internationally renowned executive coach, mentor, and founder of People Of Transformation.

She has 25 years of experience in change and transformation, supporting global companies in implementing large-scale transformation and uplifting individual leaders’ capabilities. For the first 17 years of her career, she worked in corporations, including Boeing, Barclays Bank, Emirates, and Microsoft. Through her thought leadership, executive coaching and mentoring, and company-wide training and advising roles, she guided large-scale change like the World Cup, opening new airports, elevated leadership performance, and large-scale restructuring.

She launched the People of Transformation membership program in 2023 to offer in-depth, practical and innovative ways of thinking, executive mentoring, leadership capability building, and mindset shifts.

The first of its kind globally, her program focuses not only on high-calibre content but also coaching and implementation. It is uniquely focused on the multidisciplinary nature of change and transformation, in contrast to the more limited focus of other programs.

Proudly, she has mentored and coached over 300 leaders – the majority of whom are women – to increase their confidence, secure new roles/promotions (e.g., up to Consulting Partner), and achieve outstanding results (e.g., one client secured major business deals in Dubai and the US totalling over millions in USD as a result of this targeted coaching).

She is an in-demand keynote speaker, and her thought leadership has appeared in publications, including the Project Management Institute Magazine. As a certified ‘LinkedIn Top Voice’, she shares her message of change, transformation, business agility and innovation with 28,600+ engaged followers and publishes a weekly newsletter with over 5,530+ subscribers.

In mid-2023, she began developing the Transformation Leadership Institute (TLI). Set to launch in January 2025, with 15 new training modules and over 45 hours of additional content, the TLI’s fully digital platform will divide content into micro-learning modules with gamification, leaderboards, incentives and GenAI integrations. The TLI promises to effectively cut through the noise and give clients the world-class service they want NOW, without waiting for an expensive and slow-moving ‘army of consultants’.
