As a coach, keynote speaker, and thought leader, I have dedicated my life to serving owners, executive teams, and established leaders as they transform their culture from the inside out.
In my former career, I spent 25 years in the field of recruiting and placement as a third-party consultant, contributing to over 10,000 job placements and ranking among the top 3% of recruiters in the nation. This gave me invaluable first-hand experience in the reasons why people take and leave jobs, get promoted, or stall in their career growth, and the patterns between companies that were hiring and the people who kept moving on, looking for something better.
Fascinated by these patterns, I went back to school to study Organizational Development, executive coaching and ontology, the philosophical study of being human. I came to understand that all dysfunction in organizations is created from friction between PEOPLE, exacerbated by lack of communication, broken trust, fear and protection mechanisms.
In 2013, I founded my own business, KeenAlignment, to help companies address the root causes of this dysfunction and create thriving organizational cultures.
After using my proprietary Culture Blue Print Model to determine the best services for each client’s needs, we define what I call their ‘noble cause’ - both for the individuals involved and as an organization. We can then begin the process of Response Agility: my first-of-its-kind method for moving from a state of friction to flow in every aspect of how people engage and work together to fulfill their noble cause.
In 2017, I launched my premier Deep Alignment immersion retreat to help executive teams dismantle silos, uncover obstacles and recalibrate culture. Part of this process is the ‘level set’ - connecting the dots between the macro issues in the organization and the individual micro issues within their own leadership. In addition to other specialized offsite retreats, onsite workshops, and masterclasses, I offer targeted, one-on-one coaching for business executives and leaders.
