I’m Shelly McElroy, and Dream Culture is my passion and purpose. Hospitality has always been at the core of who I am. it's where I honed my ability to connect, create, and elevate experiences. Having a personal experience late 30's of being bullied at work in a poor culture, I’ve built Dream Culture into a company that goes beyond consulting, it transforms your leaders and culture. We work with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Christian Dior, Momofuku, Coca-Cola, and Macquarie Bank, to drive real, sustainable change in their culture and leadership capabilities through coaching.

At Dream Culture, we believe that great businesses thrive when their people do. That’s why we create leadership programs and cultural initiatives that ignite lasting impact. One of our most exciting projects, the Performance Improvement Program, which merges self-awareness with cultural storytelling to craft immersive experiences that inspire teams, boost performance, and enhance customer engagement. Beyond that, our work helps strengthen economies, foster education, and build bridges between cultures.

Sustainability and community are non-negotiables in everything we do. From embedding eco-conscious practices in our programs to running workshops on mental health and mentorship, we’re committed to leaving a positive mark. I’m also proud to serve on Waverley Council’s Women’s Advisory Board, working to empower future leaders.

My leadership is shaped by global experiences, constant learning, and an unshakable belief that people are the heartbeat of every business. We challenge companies we partner with to think differently, push boundaries, and create cultures where innovation and excellence thrive.
