Based in NYC, SPS North America is a powerhouse with over $200 million in revenue and 2,900+ employees across 120+ cities.

Our solutions are not just technology-driven; they are powered by people — highly trained and motivated employees who are the heart of our operations. As the industry leader in employee learning and development, we ensure our team exceeds client expectations with unparalleled hospitality expertise and operational consistency. Our programs are designed to not only provide our employees with the skills and talents needed for their roles, but to inspire them to leverage "The Power of Possibility" for success in life.

Through the SPS Academy, we offer comprehensive training programs that align with our mission, vision, and values. These programs cover essential job skills, customer service, hospitality best practices, leadership, project management, communication skills, and personal development. Our goal is to enhance both employee and client satisfaction and retention. Through our Academy, we foster positive changes in our employees’ skills and behaviors, using a Needs Assessment process to identify key performance-impacting behaviors. We aim to boost job performance and contribute to both organizational and personal success.

We provide leadership and skills training for all employee levels, from entry-level staff to senior executives. Each Academy class focuses on operational best practices and leadership development, using a blend of classroom and self-paced learning, including quick micro-learnings. These modules build momentum and ensure knowledge retention, with participants earning certificates of completion.  In addition, programs are supplemented through coordinated daily messaging via our employee communications portal to reinforce learning.
