I am an experienced technology professional with a focus on developing digital solutions that enhance behavioral health access and coordination. Recognizing the critical need for integrated mental health services in Medicaid and Medicare populations, I led the development of a tech-driven case management support tool tailored for behavioral health professionals.

My initiative was inspired by Centene’s nationally recognized behavioral health strategies and case management practices. The goal was to create a digital layer that supports assessments, personalized care plans, service tracking, and member engagement—particularly in hybrid or remote care environments.
