Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is one of the world’s leading technology companies. Our workforce comprises more than half a million employees globally, with 15,000 based in Europe and spread across 58 offices in multiple countries.
TCS is not only Europe’s Top Employer, as rated by the Top Employers Institute (for the 14th time) in 2026: it has also ranked number one for customer satisfaction in Europe for 13 consecutive years (source: Whitelane Research 2025). We are fortunate to have as clients some of the biggest brands in the world – including the likes of ABB, Deutsche Bank, SAP, Air France, KLM, Siemens Bayer, SAS, and ASML – and such clients are drawn from multiple industries across the continent, including Retail, Financial Services, Communications & Media, Manufacturing, Health, and more. Companies partner with TCS not only to deliver major digital transformation projects, but also to become ‘perpetually adaptive enterprises’: a necessity in a world characterized by technology transformation, shifting geopolitics, energy transition, and evolving consumer expectations.
Managing the communications for the entirety of TCS’s European operations is our 16-strong Communications team for continental Europe. Made up of people from 10 different nationalities and spread across eight countries, the team handles internal communications, web content, social media, thought leadership, and communications (PR/external comms).
2025 was a record year for the team, during which they drove a 114% increase in media articles and a 213% uplift in reach, while also growing share-of-voice in Europe by 5%. These achievements were made possible thanks to the team’s strong regional co-ordination and consistent execution of its data-led and business-aligned media strategy, which was then brought to life through sharp storytelling and a focus on high-impact narratives, as well as proactive engagement with key European journalists and influencers. The result: measurable, market-leading visibility across Europe.
