Ms. McMinn joined B&A in 2021 during a pivotal period of organizational transformation, as the company began accelerating its growth strategy through acquisitions, infrastructure modernization, and expansion into new markets. At the time, the HR function operated primarily as a small, administrative team with limited scalability to support a rapidly growing, multi-state workforce.
Stepping into this environment, Ms. McMinn was tasked with modernizing HR operations while simultaneously supporting ongoing business expansion. She quickly established a strategic foundation by digitizing legacy records, implementing integrated HR systems, and introducing standardized processes that improved efficiency, compliance, and visibility across the organization. Her role expanded rapidly as she took on increasing responsibility not only across HR, but also in supporting IT, compliance, and operational initiatives tied to federal contracting requirements.
As B&A pursued an aggressive acquisition strategy, Ms. McMinn became a key leader in due diligence and integration efforts—aligning workforce structures, policies, systems, and culture across newly acquired organizations. These efforts required balancing speed, accuracy, and employee experience while ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to government clients.
Promoted to VP of People Operations within two years, Ms. McMinn now operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading initiatives that support workforce growth, regulatory compliance, infrastructure scalability, and employee engagement.
