Dr. Jacqueline Jones McKinney is a licensed Clinical/Medical Psychologist, Founder and CEO of Therapeutic Alliance & Testing Center (TATC), and a healthcare leader dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of mental and behavioral healthcare. With more than 25 years of experience, she has developed a practice centered on comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care for children, adults, and older adults. Dr. McKinney’s leadership is grounded in a broad clinical background that includes psychological testing, psychological trauma, traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, marriage and family interventions, individual treatment, and geriatric psychology. She earned her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed her Clinical Psychology residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in the United States Air Force, and pursued advanced training in Clinical Psychopharmacology, EMDR, and medical psychology. As CEO of TATC, Dr. McKinney leads a multidisciplinary team and oversees the development of programs designed to strengthen patient care and improve outcomes. TATC provides comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations, treatment services, psychoeducation, and medication assessment and management within an integrated care environment.
