Aegis Living is an assisted living and memory care organization serving older adults and their families across 37 communities in Washington, California, and Nevada. Its services combine personalized care, hospitality, wellness, dining, social connection, and cognitive engagement to support residents’ safety, independence, purpose, and quality of life. Because senior living employees perform demanding and deeply personal work, Aegis Living has created an employee experience that supports the whole person. Team members have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage; preventive care; mental health providers; virtual therapy; a confidential Employee Assistance Program; financial-wellness resources; educational assistance; and company-wide activity challenges. Community employees can also receive nutritious meals for $1, with meals available for up to three family members for $3.

Professional-development opportunities include structured career pathways and ELEVATE, a five-month program that prepares employees for Director of Operations and future General Manager roles. Employees can help shape the organization through anonymous engagement surveys and the Black Box program, which invites ideas for improving the workplace and resident experience.

Aegis Living’s support also extends beyond traditional benefits. The Potato Soup Foundation and Vacation Donation Program assist employees experiencing medical emergencies, housing instability, natural disasters, bereavement, and other personal crises.
